Sending projects

ALF3.2 projects can be shared between ALF3.2 users. When a file is ready to send, click on the "Send a copy" button on the "Your projects" tab. You will be asked to enter the email address. It is important to use the same email address the recipient logs in with.

Once all necessary details have been entered, choose whether a confirmation message is required or not, then click "Send a copy" to send it — there will be a pop up message confirming that this has been done. The recipient will receive a project with the date it was sent tagged on the end of the title. This differentiates the file from the original so that when it is sent back the original file is not overwritten.

If another user has sent a project to your account, you will receive an email to the address the sender specified advising that there is a project waiting. If you are already registered on ALF3.2 with that email address, you will be able to log into your account and it will be in the "Your Projects" tab. If the email address the sender entered is different to the one on your ALF3.2 account, they can resend the file to the correct email address, or you can change your email address on ALF3.2 by clicking "Edit Your Profile" in the "Your Profile" tab.
